1. Why we have a deposit policy

To secure your detailing service appointments and streamline our scheduling process, we require all customers, both new and existing, to make a deposit.

2. Deposit Requirement 

  • A deposit is required for all appointments.
  • The deposit amount is set at 50% of the estimated total cost of your selected service.
  • Your appointment will be scheduled and a confirmation message will be sent to you upon the receipt of a deposit. The performance of work on a vehicle is not guaranteed without a deposit, and your appointment will not be scheduled until a deposit is received.

3. Deposit Payment

You can pay deposits by either credit card or bank transfer after getting an email with the payment link.

4. Deposit Refund

If you cancel your appointment with us within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if your booking is within 48 hours and you cancel within 24 hours, we will fully refund your deposit.

5. Less than 48 hours and 24 hours Cancellations

Please be aware that we do not accept or provide refunds for less than 48 hours or if your booking is within 48 hours and you cancel less than 24 hours, except in specific cases

where exceptions apply.

6. Exceptions to Less than 48 hours and 24 hours Cancellation Policy

While less than 48 hours, or if your booking is within 48 hours and you cancel less than 24 hours, are typically non-refundable, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances can

arise. We may accept cancellations with less than 48 hours or 24 hours and waive the fee in such cases:

  • The owner of Aus Auto Detailing approves the exception.
  • The cancellation is due to bad weather conditions, equipment failure, or staffing issues.

7. Case-by-Case Evaluation

The owner evaluates all exceptions to the less than 48 hours cancellation policy, or if your booking is within 48 hours and you cancel less than 24 hours, on a case-by-case basis.
